 During our time together on this course, you will:

Work with energy healing on all levels – mental, emotional and physical.

Learn how to explore and to trust your innate ability to consciously connect with energy and experience its healing power.

Undertake process work to release energy trapped in the body.

Let go of the energetic imbalances caused by trauma and other experiences.

Explore chi points and polarity therapy.

Work with the opposing yet complimentary energies of yin-yang to bring mental and emotional balance to daily life.

Practice Chi Kung & sitting meditation to deepen your connection with the life force within. 

Become free of disempowering energetic family patterns of behaviour.

Bring balance to the chakras, the body’s principal energy centres.

Incorporate new methods while deepening into your existing ways of working with energy.

Enjoy the company of like-minded souls.
