Transforming with Mother Earth

 You are invited to join us every six weeks or so for half a day of celebration and spiritual practices that deepen our conscious connection with the spirit of Mother Earth.

 We are privileged and blessed to be alive at this time of great transformation for our home, planet earth. However, the general reluctance of our species to let go of exploitative and destructive ways of living and to awaken to this new era of compassion and peace, is creating a global crisis that is impacting Mother Earth and all of those who live within, upon and above her.

 It is our responsibility to do our best to heal the imbalances within ourselves so that our lives become more peaceful and loving, and in so doing be of benefit to all of life.

This is the only true revolution. The many millennia of others have brought us to this point; a place in time and space when it is becoming increasingly evident that if we don’t consciously transform along with our host, she is likely to exclude us from her presence.

 

Earth Spirit is not a course or a class; it is an opportunity for us to come together on a regular basis to help each other to live a life that is compassionate and peaceful, and to share in the joys and challenges of spiritual awakening at this time of great change.

There is no obligation to attend every meeting and no charge for admission, just a request for a donation to help cover the cost of the hall and refreshments (and to hopefully have a few quid over to donate to an environmental cause).

Our time together will include meditation practices to cultivate earth awareness, inner peace and loving compassion; tai chi and chi gung (for beginners and the experienced); mystical and shamanic practices to deepen self and planetary awareness; open discussions on how we can live a more mindful and balanced life; celebration; and the opportunity to share experiences and ideas.

We meet on a Saturday 4 times a year from 10.00am – 4.00pm at Over Kellet Village Hall, Nether Kellet Road, Over Kellet, LA61DR. (Just off junction 35 of the M6).
